Dear Applicant,

Thank you for your interest in a teaching position at the Catholic Schools of Broome County. This is a permanent application and will be kept on file.

A bachelor’s degree is the basic requirement for any professional position in the Catholic Schools. In the applicant’s preparation, there should be course work in content/subject matter for the teaching assignment and in specialized education components dealing with the psychology of the learner and techniques of teaching.

Click here for an application packet that we ask you to complete and return to our office (see check list at the end of the application). Checks are issued with our regular two week payroll cycle. Please return your tax forms with your application, so we may process your payroll as quickly as possible.

The application, together with a copy of certification should be sent directly to the Catholic Schools Office. Letters of reference and academic transcripts should be sent by the individuals or institutions, directly to the Catholic Schools Office.
